Its popular appeal among overseas manufacturers is based on its simplicity, efficiency and cost–effective, time-saving performance, along with the highly desirable qualities of lightweight material and fire resistance.

These combine with the rare versatility of the manufacturing process to create optional designs for appearance, including resemblance to the traditional building ‘heavyweights’: clay tiles and the fire-risk wood shingles, highly attractive in the American market.

A. 800 sqft

Q. How many tiles can the line make an hour?
A. 400-500 tiles an hour

Q. What material and what thickness of material can be used?
A. Aluminium and steel can be used. 0.25 to 0.9mm thickness.

Q. Can you train our fixers?
