International Roofing is renowned for the high production performance of its home-designed and manufactured pressed steel roof tile Production Line. The exceptional capabilities of the Tile Production Line has long been recognised in a number of countries around the world. International roofing is part of a well established engineering group, and includes Pearce Tool & Manufacturing and Apex Tile Company.
The roof Tile Production Line is renowned for its success to outlets in France, Jamaica, Canada, Malaysia, South Africa and USA , earning International Roofing a nomination for the NZ Exporter of the Year Award.
The specialised pressed steel Tile Production Line is a turnkey system, requiring just one Operator to achieve a variety of finished products, to a range of desired appearance specifications.
Its popular appeal among overseas manufacturers is based on its simplicity, efficiency and cost–effective, time-saving performance, along with the highly desirable qualities of lightweight material and fire resistance.
These combine with the rare versatility of the manufacturing process to create optional designs for appearance, including resemblance to the traditional building ‘heavyweights’: clay tiles and the fire-risk wood shingles, highly attractive in the American market.
We have a unique system for producing the tiles which no one else has developed and we are very competitive on price.
We pride ourselves on the ability to take a customer’s concept for a modular roof tile and turn that idea into a reality, from the design of the tile profile and roof tile production plant, through to installation and training.
In all cases the 20-30 year life span of our pressed steel tiles (depending on climate), far exceeds any of those of our competitors.
There is a world-wide growth trend toward pressed-steel roofing, and International Roofing is keen to increase our coverage of these niche markets.
